In-Store Shopping Update

Dear Readers,

Since Washington state directives were put in place mid-March 2020, we have navigated the daily life of our bookstore by way of our core values: doing what is best for our booksellers, customers, community and city, and doing our part to ensure the safety of those we care about - you and our team. We are now planning a reservation-based program for shopping at our store. This will allow everyone to feel safe while social distancing. We want your return to be a pleasant and comfortable experience. Our booksellers will help with recommendations and help locate books in the store. If you prefer to browse, that is fine too.

So, on July 1st started welcoming our customers back into our bookstore by offering individual 30 minute book shopping appointments with a QABC bookseller.  Appointments may be booked using this link. Please note the following in-store shopping protocols:

- 1 person per appointment
- A child may accompany an adult and needs to stay with the adult at all times
- Protective masks are required, and will be provided if needed
- Protective gloves are required, and will be provided
- Payment by credit card
Please find additional FAQ's below.

We are so grateful for the words of encouragement and care that are continually sent to us. We miss being in our bookstore with you. To say we are looking forward to seeing you again is an understatement - we are ecstatic!

Our best,

Janis, Judy and Krijn
QABC Owners
